Satellite Tenants
There are three levels of support available for “virtual” tenants. Satellite tenancies are aimed at new companies who want to have a commercial, professional address but can’t yet afford the cost of renting an office. St Peter’s Gate can offer services up to and including hot-desking, and will meet up with satellite tenants regularly to encourage business growth and development. Companies should expect to be ready for full office space within 12 months. Please contact St Peter’s Gate if you would like to discuss this in more detail. The packages and obligations that a satellite tenant must meet are as below:
Package 1 £10 per month + VAT |
Provides:
- Postal address at St Peter’s Gate for a maximum of 12 months

Package 2 £50 per month + VAT |
Provides:
- Postal address at St Peter’s Gate for a maximum of 12 months
- Telephone number, forwarded to voicemail or answered by Reception staff. First ten calls a day answered for free, £1.00 a call after that.
- Messages forwarded by e-mail
- Use of free meeting rooms for up to 2 hours per week, previously booked with Reception, subject to availability.

Package 3 £100 per month + VAT |
Provides:
- Postal address at St Peter’s Gate for a maximum of 12 months
- Telephone number, forwarded to voicemail or answered by Reception staff. First ten calls a day answered for free, £1.00 a call after that.
- Messages forwarded by e-mail
- Use of free meeting rooms for up to 2 hours per week, previously booked with Reception, subject to availability
- Free hot-desking space in private office with broadband connectivity for up to 40 hours per month.

Obligations:
- The company must apply and be accepted by selection panel
- Payment must be by direct debit, payable monthly in advance
- Parcels will not be accepted
- St Peter’s Gate address cannot be registered office of company
- Post can be collected or forwarded on (costs of postage incurred if post is forwarded)
- Meeting and hot-desking space must be booked 48 hours in advance
- The lead partner in the company must meet with St Peter’s Gate’s business adviser, at least every 2 months to discuss business development.
